 KIDS PARTY FAQ’s

How many kids can attend?

There is no minimum or maximum number of kids that can attend. The party fee covers up to 15 kids. A fee of $25 per additional child applies, maximum of 8 extra children. If more than 8 extra children are to attend an extra party would need to be booked.

Can I bring my own food?

In addition to our food packages, you are welcome to bring your own food. However, if you want to order in fast food (Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc) there is an additional fee of $55

What to the kids need to wear?

Football boots or sneakers are fine to wear on our pitches. We recommend comfortable clothing and recommend bringing a towel or spare clothing if purchasing the water bomb package.

What times can I book?

Bookings can be made on Saturday's between 10am – 3pm and after 5pm on weekdays

What if it rains?

As the pitches are an all-weather surface, rain will not impact the playing surface and the parties are fine to go ahead. We recommend parents pack a towel and a change of clothes if playing in the rain.

Can parents stay at Soccer5s?

Yes they can! Soccer5s has a fully licensed bar and parents are more than welcome to stay during the party. They can order our parents pack, or enjoy our range of food and snacks, and fully stocked bar

What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking of the venue.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my booking?

Private functions can be cancelled however we do have a sliding holding charge policy:

  • Cancelling 14+ days prior - Full refund

  • Cancelling 10-13 days prior - 75% refund

  • Cancelling 4-9 days prior - 50% refund

  • Cancelling 72 hours prior - No refund

Can I bring a DJ, music or entertainment?

Yes, you can organise your own theme and entertainment or liaise with our party manager and access our range of services including DJ's, sound systems, PA systems, lighting, balloons, cakes etc.
