Wednesday Women's Private League

Welcome to the Wednesday Women's Private League! Please read this whole page before your first game, especially check-in and the spectator policy. Your full season draw button is at the bottom of the page.

Kick off Wednesday 7 October

On match day

  1. Arrive 15 minutes before kick-off

Check the draw for your team's time.

  2. Use the right lane

There are two lanes at the entrance.

    Registered players

Use the players lane and head straight to the players walkway.

    Guest players and spectators

Use the other lane and go to the check-in desk.

  3. Play

Only registered players can play. Players without a season pass can buy a Guest Pass at the check-in desk for $22.50. If your team does not have enough registered players, we will let your team manager know by text.

Spectators: please read carefully

Spectator access is strictly managed to keep the venue safe and organised.

FreeStreet-side viewing, enter by the side gate
$4Players walkway, per person including children
  • Street-side viewing is free and gives you the same view. Get there through the side gate. It is our preferred option, as it keeps the players walkway clear.
  • If you do not need to go down to the players walkway, please choose not to.
  • Entry to the players walkway is $4 per person, including children, paid at the check-in desk. This fee is not negotiable and helps us limit congestion and keep emergency access clear.
  • If the walkway becomes overcrowded, access may be limited to players only.

Respect is non-negotiable.

  • Only positive calls and encouragement from the sidelines.
  • Spectators must never enter the field of play.
  • No abuse or aggressive behaviour towards players, referees, staff or other spectators.

How the draw works

  • The full season draw is ready. All teams are registered, so every fixture is in the button at the bottom of this page.
  • Round 1 counts for points. Every round, from Wednesday 7 October, is part of the competition.
  • Finals are not included in the draw, as they are decided by where your team finishes.

Before you come

What to bring

  • Moulded boots, astro (AG) boots or trainers. No metal or screw-in studs.
  • Shin pads are highly recommended.
  • A water bottle.
  • Team colours if you have them. If colours clash, the team listed second on the fixture wears bibs.
  • No jewellery.

Player conduct

Every player has agreed to our Terms and Conditions by purchasing a Season Pass.

  • Respect the referee at all times. Abuse will not be tolerated. No referees, no games.
  • Slide tackles and barging into fences are strictly banned.
  • Substitutions are unlimited and can be made at any time. Let the referee know, and the player coming off must leave the pitch before the new player comes on.
  • Poor behaviour, on or off the pitch, may lead to warnings, suspensions or bans.

Play fair and respect the game.

Wet weather

Our pitches are all-weather, so games go ahead in all conditions unless the pitches become unplayable. Only Soccer5s management can cancel a game. If this happens, we will let team managers know by text.

Forfeits

If your team cannot play, please give us at least 24 hours' notice before your kick-off. Email dandenong@soccer5s.com or call 03 9794 0066 (leave a message).

Late cancellations are not fair on the other team, and you would not want your opposition doing it to you. The more notice you give, the better our chance of finding them another match.
